The Program Officer will provide administrative, coordination and technical assistance to PMA2020 program activities in Baltimore and in designated program countries. The Program Officer will oversee survey implementation and coordination with in-country university/research institutes as the implementing partners for PMA2020 program activities in DR Congo, Niger, and Nigeria, alongside a dedicated Program Specialist for each geography, who will backstop the Program Officer in these responsibilities. Learn more >>


The Francophone Communications Research Assistant will assist the Communication Officer and Communication Specialist in executing the communication strategy and work plan for Performance Monitoring and Accountability 2020 (PMA2020). The Research Assistant will provide communications support to PMA2020 program activities in Baltimore and for designated program countries in the Francophone region. We seek a motivated Masters-level student research assistant (must be current Johns Hopkins student) to provide overall back-stopping support to our communications and program teams for the design, coordination, and dissemination of communications materials of PMA2020 survey results with a global audience. Learn more >>


The research data manager will work with the existing data management team to assist in the oversight and programming across all project countries and in Baltimore. The Research Data Manager will provide technical assistance and management over an international data management team. The Programmer Analyst will apply computer science and mobile technology to public health and will be a master of the innovative Open Data Kit technology, to use it and to train on it. This is a dynamic role, and the Programmer Analyst is expected to bring his/her expertise to introduce efficiencies to the project, as a member of the central PMA2020 ODK team and assist with any additional technical support needs that arise throughout the duration of the PMA2020 project.
