Baltimore (HQ)

The PMA2020 team in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, is housed within the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health. PMA2020/Baltimore serves as the headquarters for the project, leading the implementation of the project in all program countries, in collaboration with national partners. PMA2020/Baltimore is led by Dr. Scott Radloff. 

Scott Radloff, PhD - Director​

Dr. Scott Radloff is the Project Director of PMA2020. Dr. Radloff provides strategic direction to all programmatic, technical, administrative and financial aspects of the project. He works closely with PMA2020 partners, staff and funders to ensure progress against objectives and serves as the lead on the aggregation and analysis of PMA2020 data. Prior to his work with PMA2020, Dr. Radloff worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for 30 years. During this time he served as the Director for the Office of Population and Reproductive Health (OPRH) for 7 years.
